ECE238: Medical Image Formation, Presentation, and Assessment
This course covers how modern medical images are generated from raw data, and how they are presented to radiologists and doctors. It also explains key image quality metrics, their evaluation, and how they inform system design. Enrollment is restricted to graduate students. Undergraduates may enroll with the permission of the instructor. Course requires basic knowledge of math, physics, such as calculus, linear algebra, and statistics. ECE 80B is helpful but not required.
