In-depth treatment of security mechanism at the data-link, network, and transport layers for both wired and wireless networks. Covers mechanisms for privacy and integrity, and methods for intrusion detection. Prerequisite(s): course 252A and Computer Science 201. Enrollment restricted to graduate students.5 credits
