CSE122: Introduction to VLSI Digital System Design

Introduces very large scale integrated (VLSI) custom integrated circuits. Topics include: semiconductor manufacturing, logic families, field-effect transistors (FETs), interconnect models, simulation, and circuits. Introduces the design flow from logic design to layout with a focus on high performance and low power. Students cannot receive credit for this course and course 222.
